background includes sales & management of distribution networks. In addition Mr. Almagor
is an active board member of several early stage medical device as well as information

Mr. Feldman is President and CEO of Metropolitan Jewish Health System (MJHS) of which
The Institute for Applied Gerontology, an Andante investor, is one of the System's
participating agencies & programs. MJHS, which comprises HMO Managed Care, Long Term
Medicaid Managed Care and Hospice services, Inpatient, Sub-Acute , Rehabilitation & Long
Term Care, and Research, serves more than 30,000 individuals a year in the Greater New
York Metropolitan area. Mr. Feldman currently serves, or has served on national, state and
local health care organization boards as well as New York State and local health care reform
advisory board and task forces.

Dr Shaw has held senior positions at several leading pharmaceutical and medical device
corporations, including: Corporate Vice President R&D at C. R. Bard, NJ; Vice President
Medical, Regulatory Affairs & Advanced Research Hospital Products Division and Chairman of
the Divisional Research Council at Abbott Laboratories, IL; Director, Scientific & Technical
Affairs and Board Member at Revlon Health Care (UK) Limited; Dr. Shaw has been CEO of
several startup companies.
