Professor Eli Isakov
A physical therapist and physician, Professor Isakov is a world-renowned specialist in PM&R
(physical medicine and rehabilitation), head of the orthopedic rehabilitation department at
Beit Lowenstein, Israel’s largest rehabilitation center, former Chairman of the Israel
Association of PM&R, former Chairman of the Israeli Society of Sports Medicine, and a
senior lecturer at the Tel-Aviv University School of Medicine.
Mark Young, MD, MBA, FACP.
Dr Young is Chairman of the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the
Maryland Rehabilitation Center Work Force & Technology Center. He chairs the Educational
Exchange Committee of the International Society of PM&R. Dr Young was Associate
Chairman, Department of Rehabilitation at The New Children’s Hospital & the Bennett
Institute For Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Lowell Scott Weil, Sr., DPM, FACFAS.
Dr. Weil is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Weil Foot & Ankle Institute and
of the Foot & Ankle Surgery Center, which he both founded. He is the Chief of Podiatric
Surgery, Thorek Memorial Hospital of Chicago, and a team physician for the Chicago White
Sox Baseball Team and the Chicago Bulls Basketball Team. He is also a partner of the
Chicago White Sox Baseball club. Dr Weil serves on the Task Force on Health Care Reform
of the State of Illinois. He serves on the Orthopedic Scientific Advisory Board of Tornier
Orthopedics in Minneapolis. Dr. Weil is the author of numerous scientific publications and a
former President of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons and American Board of
Podiatric Surgery.
Joseph Weisberg, P.T., Ph.D.
Dr. Weisberg was the Dean of the School of Health Science, Touro College, NY. He was
Associate Professor at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, Brooklyn NY program in Physical
Therapy, and Director of Physical Therapy at LaGuardia hospital, Queens NY.
